Pickup Groups:
A Pickup Group lets group members remotely answer each other's phones. When a group member's extension is ringing, another group member can "pick up" that call by dialing a special code from his or her phone.
Hunt Groups:
Hunt Groups are a simple way to share responsibility for a single departmental phone number. Each call to the main hunt group number automatically rings at one of the hunt group members' personal extensions. Subsequent calls rotate to other extensions in the group. If all group members are busy, calls can be redirected to another group, sent to voice mail, or simply receive a busy signal.
