Your Bobcat Account code is a unique, University-issued 8-digit PIN that lets you:

• Make long distance calls from any office or residence hall, at discounted, direct-dial rates.
• Make long distance calls while traveling or from a non-University off campus telephone by dialing 1-800-777-OHIO.
• Order voice mail and/or a second line for a residence hall room.
• Access the campus network and the Internet via modem using DialNet.

All students, faculty, and staff are eligible for a personal Bobcat Account Code. Faculty and staff, with approval from their department head, also may apply for departmental codes to use on official business.

How to Apply

• Students - You should have received a Bobcat Account Code with your ID Card during precollege. If you did not or if you lost yours, please come by the OIT Front Office, 154 HDL Center during regular business hours.
• Faculty and Staff - To apply for a personal Bobcat Account Code, please print and fill out this form, then bring it with you to the OIT Front Office, 154 HDL Center during regular business hours. To apply for a departmental Code, please print and fill out this form, then bring it with you to the OIT Front Office, 154 HDL Center during regular business hours.
