Major System Outages:
If you think a major network service or campus-wide server is down or
not working right, check our system status pages or call
740-593-1111 to see if the problem has already been reported. If not, please call 740-593-1222 or send mail to servicedesk@ohio.edu.
Computers, Internet access, and A/V equipment:
Contact the Service Desk by phone at 740-593-1222 or via e-mail at servicedesk@ohio.edu for support, to report a problem, or to submit a repair request.
On-Campus Telephones:
Call 740-593-1000 to report a problem with an office or residence hall telephone or telephone line.
Work Orders:
After you place a trouble report, a work order most likely will be issued.
