To change any of the following items, follow the appropriate link:
Name, Phone Number and Local Address
Legal Name Changes:
When you change your name with Human Resources (faculty
and staff) or the Registrar (students), your old name will continue to be
displayed as a part of your eDirectory entry. If you would like all
references to your old name deleted from the eDirectory, please contact the
Service Desk.
Non-customizable entries
The items listed below are not user-customizable. Students should direct questions to the Registrar's Office. Faculty and Staff should contact University Human Resources.

Student Privacy Option
In compliance with FERPA, Ohio University allows students to request that
their personal information not be disclosed to the public. See the
