In the event that the loss of your card occurs during evening or weekend hours, you should contact OUPD at 740-593-1911. They can deactivate your lost card and make arrangements to issue a temporary card. If you find your lost ID card after reporting it, you will need to stop by 154 HDL Center to have your card reactivated at no charge. Return to top Can I punch a hole in my ID?
