The Service Desk should be your first call for help with your Oak ID
and password as well as computer software, computer hardware, University applications and Internet related questions.

You may e-mail support questions to servicedesk@ohio.edu.
*Limited telephone technical support is available around the clock,
including student password resets, Internet port block resets, and outage
reports. After-hours support staff are not trained to handle complex
software or hardware questions; however, they will be glad to take a work
order and forward it to the Service Desk the next morning.
