Oak Password Resets

Student Accounts

If you forget your student Oak account password or are unable to get your password to work, you can have it reset by calling the Service Desk (740-593-1222) or by presenting a photo ID at one of the following locations:

Athens Campus
- Alden Library, 2nd Floor - Alden Computer Lab
- Alden Library, 4th Floor - Systems Dept
- Computer Services Center, Ground Floor - CSC Computer Lab
- HDL Center, 3rd Floor - Service Desk
- OIT Front Office, HDL Center Rm 154

Regional Campuses
- Eastern: Shannon Hall, Room 227 - Eastern Campus Lab Annex
- Chillicothe: Stevenson Center - Help Desk
- Lancaster: Herrold Hall, Brasee Hall, Student Services
- Southern: Academic Center Building, Room 210 - Open Computer Lab
- Zanesville: Elson Hall - Learning Advancement Center

Faculty and Staff Accounts

Faculty and staff Oak account passwords cannot be reset over the phone. You must bring a photo ID to one of the following locations:

- Convocation Center, Room 180 - John Tysko
- CSC, 1st Floor, Room 117 - Test Score Office
- HDL Center, 3rd Floor - Service Desk

- RTV Building, Room 461C - Scott Martin
