If you plan to forward your Oak e-mail to a non-University account, please be aware that many commercial e-mail providers do not handle forwarded mail very well.

The only way to guarantee that important University-related messages, including grade reports and course schedules, actually reach you is to leave your Oak account unforwarded and regularly check your mail using Outlook, Webmail, or another compatible e-mail client.
