Shared Announcement
Folders
If you are using Mulberry or Webmail to
access your Oak e-mail, you can read and post announcements in Ohio
University's four shared announcement folders: General, Students,
Apartments, and Books.
Viewing Shared
Folders
- Mulberry - After logging
in with your Oak ID and password, go to Mulberry's IMAP or Servers
window and click the small plus signs (Windows) or triangles (Mac)
next to user and announce. Double-click the appropriate folder's entry
to view its contents. [example

- Webmail - After logging in
with your Oak ID and password, click the Folders link at the top of
your Webmail page. In the resulting Folders window, make sure that All
is selected in the drop-down list. Then click the small plus signs
next to user and announce. Finally, click on the appropriate folder's
name to view its contents. [example

Posting to Shared Folders
To post to one of Ohio University's shared folders, send your
announcement as an e-mail message to one of the following addresses:
A message should only be sent to one of these addresses.
Inappropriate messages will be deleted.
The Faculty and Staff announcement folders no longer exist.

options.
