Scheduling your Normal and Extended hours for each day of the week

When either you or another user are creating or editing a Meeting, you can use the Suggest date/time dialog to check for a convenient time within your normal or extended hours. This is also done for the Meeting's other invitees. Set your normal and extended hours for each day of the week here, or apply the same set of hours to every day by clicking Apply to all.
In the Normal hours and Extended hours sections, set your start and end times by typing the information directly in the edit boxes, using the arrow keys to scroll up and own, or by using the Time Control.
Select Gray outside normal hours if you would like to lightly shade hours that are outside of that range in the Day View and the Week View.
Receiving notification of new, modified or deleted Entries

Allow people to notify you of new Entries by e-mail:
If you select this option, your name will be included by default on the list of attendees when a user sends out a mail message for an Entry.
Show pop-up window when you have new Entries:
If you select this option, pop-up windows will appear on startup in order to notify you of new Entries.
Check for new Entries every __ minutes:
If you select this checkbox, the Agenda will refresh at the time interval that you specify.
Sending notification of new, modified or deleted Entries

Choose if you would like to notify Entry invitees when you create, edit or delete an Entry. You can choose to send an e-mail message:
- when you create an Entry
- when you edit an Entry
- when you delete an Entry
