Publishing your Address Book
(Address Book View | File | Address Book | Publish)
Make your Address Book available to other users, so they can use your Address Book Entries as they see fit. They can retrieve copies of the Address Book Entries that you publish. Include comments and search for users to include on the list of users.
To publish your Address Book:
- Type a name for the Published Address Book in the Published Name edit box.
- Select the Only export entries with this category checkbox if you want to define the Entries that you are publishing, and not publish your entire Address Book. Select a category from the drop-down list box
- Enter the names of the users for whom you are publishing the Address Book in the Publish for edit box. To add a group, type g:, gr: or grp: followed by the group's name. You cannot include Resources in the list.
- Type your comments in the Comments edit box.
