Modifying a published Address Book

(Address Book View | File | Address Book | Modify Published)

Modify the copy of the Address Book Entries that you have published for other users.

From the Modify Published Address Book dialog box, edit the comments, title and list of users that will receive your published Address Book.

Select an Address Book from the Published Address Book list box.

Modify the name of the published Address Book, the list of people you want to publish the Address Book for, and the comments you have included.
