Displaying accepted Entries in your In-tray

(Agenda View | Tools | Options | In-tray | Accepted)

Set In-tray viewing preferences for Entries you have accepted.

Choose between:

• Show Entries dated from today to the next: If you select this option, you must also choose a unit and period of time. Any Entries outside the date range you specify will not be displayed in your In-tray.
• Show Entries dated from today onwards: If you select this option, all the upcoming Entries that you have accepted will be displayed in your In-tray.

Displaying Entries you've sent out in your In-tray

(Agenda View | Tools | Options | In-tray | Sent Out)

Set In-tray viewing preferences for Entries you have sent out.

Choose between:

• Show Entries dated from: If you select this option, you must also choose units and periods of time to mark the beginning and end of the range. Any Entries outside the date range you specify will not be displayed in your In-tray.
• Show Entries dated from today onwards: If you select this option, all the upcoming Entries that you have sent out will be displayed in your In-tray.

Displaying refused Entries in your In-tray

(Agenda View | Tools | Options | In-tray | Refused)

Set In-tray viewing preferences for Entries you have refused.

Choose between:

• Show Entries dated from today to the next: If you select this option, you must also choose a unit and period of time. Any Entries outside the date range you specify will not be displayed in your In-tray.
• Show Entries dated from today onwards: If you select this option, all the upcoming Entries that you have refused will be displayed in your In-tray.
