Setting your Agenda's name and Resource formats

Decide on the name format that you would like to use in your Agenda.
Select the Generation checkbox to display any suffixes that appear after a user's name (e.g. Nawar Sharif III)
The organization units you choose are reflected in the sample name display. Look at the example at the bottom of the section to see the result of your selection.
Decide on the Resource format that you would like to use in your Agenda.
Select Display embedded help on all dialogs if you would like to display Help text in the dialogs.

Setting the short date format
The short date format controls how your dates appear in your date boxes and views.

The long date format controls how your dates appear in menus and on the status bar.

Setting your time zone

Change your time zone if you are travelling.
Select a time zone from the Time zone dropdown list box. The name of your time zone is displayed in the Zone name area. The Countries area lists the countries that are included in this time zone.
Click Load Regions to see a list of countries and regions. You can select a time zone according to its region.
Select Change time zone for this session if you are only using the selected time zone for one particular session. If you prefer to save a particular time zone for other sessions, select Save time zone for future sessions. Select Restore saved time zone if you would like to return your settings to those of time zone that you saved. Select Revert to default if you would like to return to your default time zone, which is the one by which the system knows you.

Setting your Agenda's startup state
Decide how you would like Oracle Calendar to open. If you select Open new session with the exited state, the next time you log in to Oracle Calendar, the windows that you had open when you last exited will reopen. If you select Open new session with the saved state, when you next log on to Oracle Calendar, windows that you previously selected will open. Click Save State to save your current windows state. You can also change this state at any time by going to Windows | Save State.
Setting your In-tray's startup state
Decide whether you would like the In-tray to appear when you open your Agenda.
- Open In-tray: The In-tray will appear every time you open your Agenda
- Do not open In-tray: The In-tray will not appear when you open your Agenda
- Open In-tray if it was left open on exit
