Setting your Meetings' default Importance and Access levels

The options you choose here will be the defaults whenever you create a Meeting. Importance levels help you to classify the Meeting, while Access levels determine if other users can view the Meeting, or how much information they are allowed to see.

Setting your Meetings' default Reminders

You can set default Reminders for your Meetings. The Display upcoming for Reminder will be will be shown on the specified number of days before the start of the Event. The different types of Remind Me Reminders will be active when the Remind Me checkbox is selected in the Create, edit or view a Meeting dialog. There are three types of Reminders that you can select here: Pop-up, E-mail or SMS. You can select to receive more than one of these three types of Reminders.

Setting your Tasks' default Priority and Access levels

The options you choose here will be the defaults whenever you create a Task. Priority levels help you to classify the Task, while Access levels determine if other users can view the Task, or how much information they are allowed to see.

Setting your Tasks' default Reminders

You can set default Due time and Start time Reminders for your Tasks. The Display upcoming for Reminder will be will be shown on the specified number of days before the day the Task is supposed to start. If you select Reminder Me, you will receive a Pop-up Reminder at the time you specify.
